Biography
俳優・ナレーターとして舞台・映画・ドラマ・CM・ラジオ等で活動する傍ら写真家としてもデビュー。印象派のような優しいタッチで世界の本質的な美しさを描く。コロナ禍を機にセルフポートレートにも取り組んでいる。

While working as an actor and narrator on stage, movies, dramas, commercials, radio, etc., he also debuted as a photographer. He depicts the essential beauty of the world with a gentle impressionist touch. Taking advantage of the coronavirus pandemic, he is also working on self-portraits.

Artist Statement
かつて印象派と呼ばれた画家たちは、光のきらめきや鮮やかさ、時の移ろい、人の姿を輪郭や具体的な色ではなく「印象」として表現し、モノの本質のみを捉えようとした。殺伐とした現代社会の中において、「世界に、なにを見よう」という視点は、印象派と同じ視座であり、願いであり、祈りでもある。セルフポートレートにおいても「なにを見よう」という視点は変わらない。絵の具ではなく写真という写実行為の中から「印象」を掬い取るのは実在世界の描き直しであり、使命だと思っている。
Born and raised in Mie Prefecture, I was interested in photography from an early age. Learn film photography at a photography class sponsored by the city. I enjoy the moment when I print my own black and white photographs in the darkroom and see them appear on the photographic paper. After that, digital photography will also be used. Rather than just photographing things that are there beautifully, I mainly photograph things that I find interesting in my daily life. I want to become a photographer who can find change, fun, and new charm in everyday life.
