Sato Sugamotoは英国・ロンドンを拠点とする彫刻家兼ビジュアルアーティストです。彼女は東京で生まれ育ちました。彼女は国内外で作品を発表してきました。彼女は王立彫刻家協会の会員です。
Sato Sugamoto is a sculptor and visual artist based in London, UK. She was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She has exhibited her works both internationally and nationally. She is a member of the Royal Society of Sculptors.
Artist Statement
Sato Sugamotoの作品は、人間の思考や感情の多様性を表現しています。彼女は私たちの心の領域を視覚化しようとしています。 ファイバーメディウムを使用することで、彼女は私たちの意識的な生活と潜在意識の衝動の二重性、そして私たちの思考が重なり絡み合う様子を表現することができます。
Sato Sugamoto's works express the diversity of human thoughts and emotions. She attempts to visualize the terrain of our minds.
Fiber mediums allow her to showcase the duality of our conscious lives and subconscious impulses, and the ways in which our thoughts layer and intertwine.
