Exhibition Plan Summary
Everything circulates and connects to the future. When I think about the sublimity and the preciousness of this moment, I feel that the town is like a living thing, carrying out vital activities. I would like to create an expression that evokes the idea that Sekijuku and the Tanaka family, Kameyama and Ise, function as part of a gigantic living organism.
Biography
1956年生 個展18回 パリ・シテデザール オープンスタジオ 枕崎国際芸術賞展佳作賞
高校時代に体育系文化部の異名を持つ美術部で鍛えられ、今日に至っています。幼少期から好きだっ絵を描くことが中学生で夢になり、高校・大学で現実に、社会人になってからは目標になりました。最終地点は芸術です。
Born in 1956, 18 solo exhibitions, Open Studio, Cité des Arts, Paris, Honorable Mention Award at the Makurazaki International Art Prize Exhibition
During my high school days, I was trained in the art club, also known as the sports and culture club, which I have continued to do to this day. Drawing, which I have loved since childhood, became a dream in middle school, became a reality in high school and university, and became a goal once I entered the workforce. The final destination is art.
Artist Statement
化石のように生きていた姿が石となって残り、見る人に語りかける。そんな表現や作品を目指したいと思っています。
Like a fossil, a living figure remains in stone and speaks to the viewer. I would like to aim for such expressions and works.
