Exhibition Plan Summary
I am trying to create an exhibition where I prepare dozens of small oil painting canvases and lay them out horizontally and vertically to form one large painting (canvas collage). I wanted to display brightly colored paintings in a wooden Japanese house.

Artist Statement
I don't think that the admiration and threat that humans feel toward the sun, moon, stars, and their natural phenomena is felt only by those of us living today. I imagine that ancient people looked up at the sky in the same way and asked the same questions of human existence, "Who are we and where are we going?'' I want to create works that address the primitive thoughts that humans feel, as well as the aspirations and passion for eternal natural phenomena.
